Welcome! My name is Mimi Tran (Hanh Tran) and I am a psychotherapist based in New York.

I offer individual therapy to children, teens, and adults. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, I am here to help.  

I earned my MSW from the Hunter College School of Social Work, graduating with honors in a trauma-focused program created by the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). I am trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and certified in Safe & Sound Protocol. I also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family System (IFS), and Mindfulness in my practice.

Born and grew up in Vietnam, I am bilingual in both English and Vietnamese. As a long-time resident of New York City, I am committed to providing therapeutic services to clients from diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Before embarking on my journey as a therapist, I had a career in engineering and I continue to apply my scientific background in delivering evidence-based practices.
